Tiffany is an Educator, Instructional Technology Specialist, Microsoft Master Trainer and Expert, Online Content Developer, Accessibility & Inclusion Consultant, Workshop Facilitator and Adjunct Instructor. She currently trains educators and schools to use technology for teaching and learning. Tiffany teaches Maryland teachers how to teach online. In addition, she works with parents to ensure that their children are responsible digital scholars, fluent enthusiastic readers and knowledgable about the world around them. She has over 20 years of experience in education and technology. She has taught Elementary, Middle, High School and College students. Tiffany is a local and national conference presenter. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, Master of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Instructional Technology, an Admin I certificate from Maryland State Department of Education, certifications in Microsoft Office applications and numerous technology certificates.
Personally, Tiffany is a happily married, homeschooling mom of three.
She loves reading, traveling and teaching. Tiffany is passionate about differentiating instruction to meet the needs of various learners, supporting homeschool families and empowering educators.
Morrall is an Open Educational Resources (OER) Content Developer and Diversity, Accessibility & Inclusion Specialist. He has over 20 years of experience in education including experience as a high school administrator and secondary Social Studies teacher.

Kenya Ransey, Ed. S., is Microsoft Master Trainer. She has experience as an instructional technology coach in a K-12 school district. She holds a specialist degree in Instructional Technology, and is currently working on a doctorate degree in the same concentration (2020). For fifteen years, Kenya has been educating K-12 students, teachers and adult learners in higher education in face-to-face, blended learning, and solely online environments. At her core, Kenya is passionate about teaching, learning, and the use of technology to transform the two.
